Youth Conditioning Class - Afternoon (August)

Empower your child with strength, confidence, and healthy habits! Our Youth Conditioning Class will take place Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2-3 pm and is designed for ages 12–15, focusing on proper technique, injury prevention, and age-appropriate strength building—all in a fun, encouraging environment. Led by Twisted Steel Personal Trainer, Ethan Pickles, this class helps build coordination, endurance, and self-esteem through movement and play. Perfect for beginners or young athletes looking to boost performance safely.

This class will take place at the Twisted Steel Gym located on the second floor of the Shift Community Recreation Centre.
